The Red Mill Inn was established in 2006 by local entrepreneurs Jake McKenna and Jay Bernhardt.

Formerly Mercer Milling Company, this beautiful inn was once the premiere flour mill in the bustling mill town of Baldwinsville.

In early 2005, Jake and Jay heard about the debilitating property and felt it was a historic gem that should be renovated and saved. The town could not have agreed more, and The Red Mill Inn is now one of Baldwinsville's most prized treasures.
