We stayed at the Red Mill Inn on Nov.9, 2007. What a quaint inn! The inn was converted in the last two years from a mill. All the rooms have a view of the waterway. Rooms were quaint and well appointed. We ran a few miles in the morning around the town of Baldwinsville and ate at the Locks 24 restaurant which is a five minute walk from Red Mill.

What a great little hotel! Check in fast and easy. They have a small room off the lobby where comfortable seating is available, a movie is playing, you have unlimited selection of free tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Free internet as well! The bathrooms near the lobby area are amazing.
I travelled with my mother and grandmother. When we arrived our room wasn't ready, but we were able to freshen up and fill up on tea before we went shopping!
Rooms: Fantastic! Clean, very very spacious. Bathroom is excellent. Home-made soaps / shampoo / conditioner were provided - all excellent.
Free Breakfast: Excellent! Everything was fresh. Toast, bagels, other pastries, oatmeal, tea, coffee, water, OJ. Jams, butter, and cream cheese included.
Service: Very good! Staff were helpful and very pleasant.
I highly recommend this hotel.

What a great place to stay. The rooms were very nice and at pricing that competes with local Hotels this was a very nice change of pace. I could watch the boats coming throught the canal in the morning. I am not sure why anyone would stay anywhere else if they have to stay in the B'ville or Fairgrounds area of Syracuse. Try it you will really like it.

We can't say enough good things about The Red Mill Inn! It is so unique. The beams that supported the old mill are still in place throughout the inn and add to its character. We were in the heat wave last week staying with my cousin in Baldwinsville. He lives in an historic home that is not air-conditioned. So we decided to give The Red Mill Inn a try and were shocked to find such a beautiful and accomodating hotel in this quaint village! As an added bonus, a continental breakfast is included in the price of your room. Our room looked right over the Seneca River. What a view! Absolutely wonderful place to stay!!!
If you are looking for a place to have lunch, walk across the street to The Canal Cafe. What a wonderful spot that is too! Dawn will fix you right up!

Beautiful top to bottom - hand hewn columns show beautiful workmanship from 1828. Good luck. Recommend additional posts to stop drivers from going into the canal/river if they hit gas instead of brakes. We'll stay here again on our next visit.

I can't say enough about the staff at the Red Mill Inn from the time we first considered it and worked with Andy to the final evening with Cindy. The transition from Andy to Cindy was seamless and the staff is so friendly and still maintains such a professional level. Our outof town guests felt the same way, they are a perfect for homey, comfortable stay.
We did not stay in the rooms but our guests loved the individuality of each room. They were clean and so quiet and restful.

Our son and his new bride both grew up in Baldwinsville, they were so excited about having such a beautiful place for the rehearsal dinner and for the out of town guests to meet and stay. Everything about the planning and including the night of the event was wonderful. It is so nice to have accommadations in the village, so the rest of the village area could also be enjoyed. My family and I were recently in Baldwinsville due to some unfortunate circumstances. Not ecstatic about staying in any of the other hotel's that the town had to offer, my wife and our two children stayed at your establishment. Aside from its obvious beauty, the Inn offered much more than we ever expected. The room was comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff, particularly Cynthia (?) were incredibly hospitable, helpful, and compassionate. She even gave us a tour of the Inn before purchasing our rooms, and suggested a number of resteraunts that fit our demands. In a time when customer service often takes a backseat, it was a pleasure to be treated with such warmth and kindness. At your Inn, we truly felt like guests.

I am a native of Baldwinsville but moved away after getting married to a career military man. My sisters and I stayed at the inn for our brothers wedding. I LOVE how the downtown area has been built up and the Red Mill Inn is the icing on the cake! Very relaxed, very homey and I hope to have an excuse to stay again!

Thank you for the use of the P.C. and internet. Being away from London area meant missing the Local defending championship Junior AAA hockey team in the first round 4th game. I was able to get current updates on your computer. Thanks P.S. I traveled with my wife who works for SPG. She was only required to stay one night but we did stay 2 nights. We will be back in three weeks, and look forward to another enjoyable stay. Preciously we stayed at the Fairfield on Hwy 31, but SPG is endevouring to support local business close to their plant. I for one am happyn about their decision.

Although I did not stay overnight, I was co-hosting a baby shower in the conf room, I found the inn to be better than I had expected! The decor was beautiful - warm and inviting and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Inn felt more like a friend's home than a "hotel". Nice job. We'd like to plan another event there in the future as I have family in Liverpool. Thank you!

The front desk was very helpful and courteous, even for 3 guys walking in for what was obviously going to be a bachelor party!
The size of the rooms were a surprise. Most standard hotel rooms at these rates are not nearly as spacious. The views are excellent as well.

I arrived at the hotel in a bit of a hurry because I had another engagement in Syracuse that I was going to be late for. Fortunately for me, the Red Mill Inn staff recognized my anticipation to check-in and leave quickly, to later come back for the night. They were great! I made it to my next engagement on time, and I knew I was coming back to a place that night that I would be able to relax with no worries. They were GREAT!
I stayed in the McHarrie Suite. The room went beyond my expectations. It's historic wood beams and latest hotel amenities were breath-taking! I entertained some friends that evening and the McHarrie Suite knocked their socks off! Gorgeous!
